Boost Your Paving Expertise with BALI’s New Skills Course

Following the success of our Pilot Programme, BALI is excited to launch its first Paving Skills Course, taking place from 13th to 17th October 2025.

This five-day course, endorsed by Laser Awards, is specially designed for landscape professionals looking to build on their existing paving experience. Combining hands-on training with theoretical learning, the course offers a comprehensive approach to developing core paving skills.

Course Highlights:

Delivered by industry-leading trainers at Holly Landscape Training, Guildford
Tailored for those with prior landscaping or paving experience
Focused on improving technical ability and best practice understanding
 

Course Content Includes:

ROLO Operative Health and Safety Course
NPORS Abrasive Wheels Training
3 Days of Practical Paving (Training and Assessment)
 

Assessment Methods:

Observation and professional discussion
Multiple-choice knowledge test
Final practical assessment: Lay 14 natural stone paving slabs in a staggered pattern within 6 hours
 

Important Information:

Limited to 6 participants
Course fee: £1000–£1250 per learner
Learners must bring their own tools; all other materials and abrasive wheel equipment will be provided
